We put an inquiry on Angie’s List and several contractors responded back to us. Unique was the first contractor to show up and give us an estimate. We chose them because of the courteous and professional initial consultation. We told Chad what we wanted. We wanted a complete kitchen remodel and new flooring. He helped us with the design. We relocated the appliances. He made us feel very comfortable and didn’t pressure us to make the decision. He went with us to pick out the flooring, cabinets and granite. Julio, the construction manager was absolutely amazing. His un-biased opinion and attention to detail make this a 5 star company. You can’t go wrong with this company and would gladly hire them again.

Rei and his crew did several projects for us on our new construction home. They tiled all the floors throughout our home, tiled all of our bathrooms, installed our dolomite countertops, installed all of our shower glass, and installed all of our interior trim! Every aspect of their work is impeccable, as they are truly master’s of their respective crafts!! His crews for each trade are Outstandingly knowledgeable, humble and always give you a 110% effort in every task!! My wife and I are so incredibly grateful and thankful for a job AMAZINGLY done!! Rei’s mentality towards his client’s is to deliver very high quality for an affordable price and he truly delivers that in his workmanship!! His client’s are his paramount priority!! My experience with Unique Building Contractors is that they are an affordable, trustworthy and knowledgeable company offering quality construction at an affordable price. I met the owner, Chad Nead, at a neighbor's storm damaged home. He did a great job repairing their home. I was impressed with his responsiveness, knowledge of the industry, and motivation to get the job to completion. My situation was challenging. He and his company took on the challenge successfully repairing my home. Chad worked with an attorney I hired and the permit department to move my house from substantial damage status to receiving a permit for repairs. I gave Chad a budget, timeline, repairs and a few unique requests. The company fulfilled all repairs and requests within the timeline and budget. I'm a very happy customer! I highly recommend this company for a great experience!
